  • Yes! There is a 3 night minimum stay for large groups

  • Fill out the form below including as much information as possible about your group’s needs and any important details. A manager will reach out to you with information on pricing, availability, and will address your specific questions or concerns and send you a formal quote. Once the quote is confirmed, a deposit is required. Please reach out directly if you have any questions!

  • A 10% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure and guarantee your reservations. This payment is collected via credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due before arrival via bank wire transfer.

  • If you book a discounted nonrefundabe rate, we cannot issue any refunds whatsoever. These reservations are 100% nonrefundable and cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted without penalty.

    If you booked a standard flexible rate, cancellations must be submitted via email to a manager no less than 30 day before your group’s scheduled check in date.

    Any cancellations made within 30 days or less before your check in date will be nonrefundable.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer any meals for guests.

    We have a communal kitchen for everyone to use to store and cook their favorite food items. We are within a 2-3 minute walk to nearby markets, restaurants and cafes.

The HighRoad welcomes groups large and small! Whether you are booking a bachelorette party, school group, or a conference; we have various options and would be happy to discuss details with you on your groups needs.

Payment Policies: A nonrefundable 10% deposit is due at the time of booking via credit card and the remaining balance is collected 30 days before arrival by wire transfer or check.
